STSB Passbook can be printed in BiMS without going to Treasury

Login as Roll  DDO >TSB >TSB  Accounts 

Select Account Type as 14-STSB under the entry tab ,Enter Account Number the active the status > Yes and Save.

Login as Roll  DDO Admin -TSB -TSB Account Approve -Inbox >Click Allow Button.Look at the screen shot above.

Login as Roll DDO -TSB -TSB Account Approve-Outbox -View Passbook.
Set Period and search.

Click Download PDF Button ,also STSB Passbook can be Downloaded as PDF
